Marika Jordania graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 2009 and obtained a Master of Laws degree from the same university in 2012.

From 2014 to present, she is employed at the LEPL Agency for State Care and Assistance to Victims of Trafficking - Tbilisi Facility for Service to Victims of Human Trafficking and Violence in various positions. Currently, she is the shelter manager of the same facility.

Marika Jordania also continuously engages in private legal practice. Her main areas are: contractual, family and inheritance disputes.

Since 2025, Marika has completed a three-level mediation certificate program at the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and has good skills in ending cases with a settlement.

Marika has participated in numerous professional trainings and seminars (including outside Georgia). Her professional experience in the field of law is connected with both the private sector and the public institution. She has completed several training programs on issues of violence against women and domestic violence. She has great experience in the part of human rights protection.
