Tinatin Khavtasi is the founder and managing partner of Tinatin Khavtasi Law Office.
In 2020, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 2022, she graduated with honors from the Master's program in Law of the Technical University of Tbilisi and was awarded a Master of Private Law degree.

She has passed the lawyer's qualification exam with a specialization in civil and administrative law. Since 2022, she has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association, as well as a lawyer specialized in children's rights. She provides legal services in Georgian and English languages.

Since 2023, she has been providing legal services to both individuals and legal entities and provides companies with external legal support (Outsource Legal Service).
Her areas of service are: civil and administrative law; children's rights; business law; labor law; family law; inheritance law; intellectual property law; immigration law; administrative proceedings; arbitration; court proceedings; mediation and dispute resolution.

She is the author of a publication - the work "Application of Civil Procedural Principles in Court Proceedings". Also, she has completed several professional trainings in labor, entrepreneurial and human rights law.
